First start with 3cups all -purpose flour
Next you add 1half teaspoon of salt
Then you add 3 tablespoon of white sugar
Afterward you add 1 cup shortening
And 1 egg
1 tablespoon distilled vinegar
5 tablespoon water
Steps1
In a large bowl mix,flour ,salt and sugar. Mix well ,then cut into shortening until mixture resembles course meal.
Step2
In a small bowl combine egg,vinegar and 4 tablespoon of water.Whisk together , then add gradually to flour mixture,stirring with the fork . Mix until dough forms a ball. Add one more tablespoon of water if necessary
Step3
All dough should rest in the refrigerator 10 min before rolling out.
